EcoPlan is an orthopedic insole design system that enables users to deforms a standard insole to the fully customized insole for a patient. It provides various modeling functions such as parameter-driven modification, mixing corrector shapes, fit-to-foot functions, pressure-based deformation, and so on. Also provided is a machining module that generates a machining tool path for a fast carving of the designed insole.

EcoLast is a shoe last design automation system that provides geometric modeling functions that allow users to manipulate a shoe last object for manufacturing orthopedic shoe lasts. Some typical features include parameter-driven modeling functions, fit to foot function and advanced shape modeling functions such as smooth, grading, twisting, bending, rotate heel, etc.

EcoPlan & EcoLast systems have been installed in over 158 footwear companies, and successfully implemented to bring benefits to a foot patient as well as footwear companies using these systems in European industry. We are currently working with an Italian company.

NatureWorks is a web-based rendering engine for realistic real-time rendering of Nature, including sky, clouds, fire, flower, grass, ground, ocean, tree, smoke, snow, bubbles, sunlight, terrain, fire, water, a flock of birds, a school of fish and their combinations. It will be upgraded for more realistic rendering, and more features of nature will continue to be inserted. You can create any natural features or phenomena you imagine in a way you wish through NatureWorks.

ViewWorks allows you to examine the inner structure of 3D models. It helps you to improve the visual appearance of 3D models by changing the material properties or material itself. Furthermore, it allows you to share or embed 3D models anywhere online. The supported file formats are JSON, OBJ(+MTL), STL, PLY, DAE(COLLADA), GLTF, GLB, AMF, 3MF, WRL(VRML), and FBX.

MedicalWorks is a 3D WebGL-based medical application that will provide versatile tools that import various kinds of medical files, construct anatomical models from these files, design patient-specific guides, and export the 3D models for CAE analysis or 3D printing. The supported file formats are DCM (DIC, DICOM, IMA, DCM without extension), NII, NRRD, MHD, MGH, and MGZ.

CalculateWorks is a web-based computing engine that includes parallel computing programs processing a huge size of vectors or matrices in real-time, even on desktop personal computers. It is based on GPGPU technology, which is a research area growing rapidly in recent years. We are confident that many computationally heavy algorithms such as discrete 2D/3D convolutions, fast Fourier transform will be accelerated significantly compared to conventional CPU-based algorithms on the web browser through our CalculateWorks. The two figures below are partly extracted from our technical notes.
